Payments and Deposits
All prices are listed without VAT of 21%. Our payment policy for standard bookings is as follows: All payments must be made in full before the booking is confirmed. Any changes to the original booking price — such as extended waiting times, additional hours, extra stops, or address changes — will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Charges will appear on your statement as VIP ROYAL DRIVE s.r.o.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds
If the client cancels the booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time, 50% of the total amount paid is non-refundable. If the cancellation is made less than 12 hours prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the total amount paid is non-refundable. In the case of canceling multiple vehicles for major social or corporate events less than 5 days in advance, 100% of the total paid amount will not be refunded. If the client fails to appear at the agreed pick-up time and location, no refund will be issued.
Terms of Service
VIP ROYAL DRIVE s.r.o. requires at least 12 hours’ notice for bookings made via email or the reservation form. For bookings with shorter notice, please call our line: +420 733 149 114.
While we strive to ensure punctuality, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Drivers will operate the vehicle safely and in accordance with current traffic conditions and legal speed limits.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the rented vehicle and will be charged for repair or cleaning costs, as well as any loss of driver income due to the vehicle being out of service. Occasionally, we may provide vehicles through subcontractors.
By providing your email address, you agree that VIP ROYAL DRIVE s.r.o. may contact you via email. However, we guarantee that your email address will not be shared with third parties. We reserve the right to change the vehicle or driver if necessary.
VIP ROYAL DRIVE s.r.o. will make every effort to ensure that our vehicles or those of our subcontractors arrive on time. Drivers will choose the most suitable route based on current conditions unless specified otherwise at the time of booking. Clients’ belongings are transported at their own risk and VIP ROYAL DRIVE s.r.o. accepts no liability for loss or damage. In the event of lost items, VIP ROYAL DRIVE s.r.o. will maintain a record and attempt to return the items to the client.
VIP ROYAL DRIVE s.r.o. and its drivers reserve the right to refuse service to passengers suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior may endanger the driver, vehicle, or other passengers. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all VIP ROYAL DRIVE s.r.o. vehicles.
Nothing in these terms affects the client’s legal rights.
